Marketing Manager
Eagan, Minnesota
Marketing Manager Position:
Weed Man Lawn Care is located at 1771 Yankee Doodle Rd., Eagan, MN 55121. We are looking for 1-2 out-going people interested in working with our sales/marketing campaign as Marketing Managers. The primary responsibility of the marketing manager is to oversee and motivate a team of high school to college aged students going door-to-door asking homeowners if they would like a free lawn care estimate.
The opportunity is part-time work starting in February and ending in early June. Applicants must be available throughout this entire period. Hours are from 4:00pm to ~9:00pm M-Th and 8:30am to 2:00pm Sat. The position pays $12-$15+ per hour plus bonuses depending on experience and skills. It is a great position for anyone looking to get started in the marketing field or anyone with previous coaching/leadership experience.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be Energetic and Enthusiastic
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
- High School Diploma (or GED)
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
- Previous sales/marketing or industry experience is an asset but is not required
